My Domain Name Isn't Working!

1.  Please make sure you purchased a custom domain name, NOT a white label domain. If you don't know what the difference is, please read this first: What's The Difference Between White Label and Custom Domain Names?

2.  If you haven't already done so, please purchase a custom domain name by following these instructions: How Do I Add A Custom Domain Name?

3.  If you've already purchased a custom domain name, it should have redirected you after checkout to a page where you type in the domain name you'd like. If you were not redirected, please click "Email Us" in the righthand column of this page, and send us an email with the domain name you'd like and the tour ID or tour address.

4.  If you have selected a domain name already, please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the domain name registration process. If it has been longer than 24 hours, please contact click "Email Us" in the righthand column of this page to contact us and we will look into it.
